We bought the house in August of 2007, and we sold it in May 2008. Here’s the thing – we were working on 4 other houses at the time we purchased this house – which I would also NOT recommend.

As a result, this house had to sit for several months while our crews finished the other houses. All told however, I think this house took about 4 months to complete.
