I just moved to the Richmond, VA area and is in Baltimore, MD very often as well. I want to wholesale in VA and in MD and eventually in New York. Is it really true that you will teach wholesaling for free? If that is the case, I am very interested. What do I need to do and how can I contact you. It will be most likely by phone as well. I also will eventually be having a business parter as well but I first want to know the ins and outs of wholesaling. I've been in the real estate field for over 10 years so I still do have access to contacts at a title ins. agency that can get me any public info asap. I will also do birddogging for free if you would teach me. Please get back to me ASAP and let me know the procedures or processes you require to get the teaching started. I'm a firm believer in the adage only one person can buy each house, why waste time talking to 600 other people when you know the small handful that are gonna take action quickly!
