Drenda – you just keep at it. No one has learned the lesson harder than me that results can not be microwaved. I am a pretty patient person but when it comes to success, I have been very impatient. Success for most people comes at a snail’s pace. Remember that, keep working at your vision – and you WILL get there.

Craig thanks so much for the video's they keep me motivated and right now I needed to see this one. Sometime family can be your worst critics and recently I had to get back out there and get a 9-5 and still work on my RE dreams….BUT FAILURE IS JUST NOT AN OPTION so im going to keep pressing on. Love the rehabs and the video's keep them coming Craig…and continued much success…

I agree with the agent bit. I am working on it now exactly for that reason, so that I can have access to all the tools I need.

I made it a goal this week to make 10 offers. I did it but I had to hustle. We'll see what it takes to make it to 50/week!

Luis -

As I recall my student put about 112K into this property and sold it for $165,000 - and to my everlasting chagrin, never paid me for all the help I gave her. Oh well, bad Kharma for her. I can put my head down on the pillow at night and sleep just fine, thank you very much.

I also had a hater along the way on this one who would stop by the blog and make drive-by comments on how we would never sell the house because it was in such a horrible neighborhood.

Hey hater....we sold the house in less than 1/2 of the City's average DOM. Hate on loser!!! Hate on.
