That is the most ridiculous bunch of bs i have ever read......Typical people complaining about someone who is making money...If they were the ones making the money they would not be complaining, they just do not have the knowledge, capital, or risk tolerance. What people do not understand is that there is RISK involved for the flipper and he/she is warranted the profits when they come. Also I would much rather have someone rehab a property in my neighborhood rather than it being an eye sore in my community and having to worry about a vacant house and all the troubles associated, ie....drugs, crime, gang activity...... SO sick of how investors are portrayed as the bad apples when in fact we are making our communities better, and YES we are profiting handsomely! What is wrong with that? If their children were pulling in multiple six figures doing this I GUARANTEE their viewpoints would be different. Poor people always blame people that are making a difference. Bottom line they are jealous, but I do not care. I do what I like and what is best for my family and yes I do make a rather good income, what is wrong with that?
