		<description>Awesome stuff!! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ve only had a few instances with my short sale flips. I&#039;m not into putting money into a deal unless I know it&#039;s going to close but I can absolutely see the benefits of using these tips as they&#039;re not very expensive and can be re-used over and over again.</description>
