Hello world!

Well here it is – finally! CraigFuhr.com: “The Blog Site and soon to be Official Hub for the Maryland-Metro Real Estate Investing Community.” Hey, you gotta’ think big, right? Whether we ever get to that lofty level, I promise you this site will contain a lot of great free content.

So what can you expect?

1. Success Stories: We all need some good news in this horrible market, right? I’m gonna break my deals down for you. Good, Bad, & Ugly!
2. Before and After Pictures: If you’re like me, you could look at rehab pictures all day long. I’m doing a ton of rehabs, and I’ll share them with you.
3. Video. I’m a bit of a techno-geek, and I like my video camera. I’m working on finding the time to edit down all the raw footage. Its coming.
4. Flip Tips: I learn something everyday. And now, you can too.
5. Short Sales! I’m doing many short sale deals right now, and now you can learn from me.

We’re doing some crazy rehabs in and around Baltimore City. Expect full-breakdowns of each deal.

I’m proud to say, I now have several students who are all looking for deals. My students will chime in from time-to-time to discuss their deals and what they are learning in this market. When they get a deal, you’ll be able to follow each from start to finish.

So here it is! After months of planning and laboring over the design, my new baby is here! Now listen – don’t be too hard on me. A blog is just a shell until the blog’s owner starts writing. So the place might feel a bit sparse at the moment, but I’m working pretty hard to get it populated with some really killer content.

Now here’s where I ask for your help. This site will survive and thrive on your comments. I want to know what you’re thinking. I need to know what you want to see. So post away. Don’t be shy – just let it all hang out.
