Hello world!
By admin on Jun 24, 2008 in Featured Article
Well here it is - finally! CraigFuhr.com: “The Blog Site and soon to be Official Hub for the Maryland-Metro Real Estate Investing Community.” Hey, you gotta’ think big, right? Whether we ever get to that lofty level, I promise you this site will contain a lot of great free content.
So what can you expect?
- Success Stories: We all need some good news in this horrible market, right? I’m gonna break my deals down for you. Good, Bad, & Ugly!
- Before and After Pictures: If you’re like me, you could look at rehab pictures all day long. I’m doing a ton of rehabs, and I’ll share them with you.
- Video. I’m a bit of a techno-geek, and I like my video camera. I’m working on finding the time to edit down all the raw footage. Its coming.
- Flip Tips: I learn something everyday. And now, you can too.
- Short Sales! I’m doing many short sale deals right now, and now you can learn from me.
We’re doing some crazy rehabs in and around Baltimore City. Expect full-breakdowns of each deal.
I’m proud to say, I now have several students who are all looking for deals. My students will chime in from time-to-time to discuss their deals and what they are learning in this market. When they get a deal, you’ll be able to follow each from start to finish.
So here it is! After months of planning and laboring over the design, my new baby is here! Now listen - don’t be too hard on me. A blog is just a shell until the blog’s owner starts writing. So the place might feel a bit sparse at the moment, but I’m working pretty hard to get it populated with some really killer content.
Now here’s where I ask for your help. This site will survive and thrive on your comments. I want to know what you’re thinking. I need to know what you want to see. So post away. Don’t be shy - just let it all hang out.
Just enter your comments below each post. I’ll read them all, and will do my best to respond!

Glad to see you are doing well, Craig. I to am moving right along. I am taking a course on Post Bankruptcy. There are many BR cases out there and few competitors. I am looking forward to seeing your DVD. It’s hard to make good ones.

I am glad to see this site. I am an investor who’s always looking for resources. My biggest problem is contractors. I don’t have a lot of money and I always seem to give it away to the wrong guys..yes, MEN!!
I have got to be stronger. They take advantage all day long if you let them. I am also concerned that I can’t refi out of my bridge loan with the market the way it is. Where will we get more money. My score is not great , but I got lots of assets…and I do work and report my income..Can a girl get a chance???

I love the enthusiasm. There’s still a ton of money to be made out there and we’ll be there to scoop it up!

Craig Fuhr is one of the nicest guys around. Always willing to help a fellow investor and he knows his stuff. I met Craig at a Steve Cook seminar. I’m a real estate agent, and I would recommend Craig to others because his integrity and honesty are well within the boundaries of Maryland real estate law.

Thanks for putting this together Craig. Anybody know a lender that will do a second on investor property?

Tony:
Thanks for checking in. Did you ever finish the house on Reisterstown that I sold you?
What ever happened to Morris?
As for banks, try Slavie Federal or Hopkins Federal. If you have enough equity in the houses, they should be able to help.
