I am an investor who's always looking for resources. My biggest problem is contractors. I don't have a lot of money and I always seem to give it away to the wrong guys..yes, MEN!! I have got to be stronger. They take advantage all day long if you let them. I am also concerned that I can't refi out of my bridge loan with the market the way it is. Where will we get more money. My score is not great , but I got lots of assets...and I do work and report my income..Can a girl get a chance??? I am glad to see this site. I am an investor who’s always looking for resources.
