You must have heard me thinking out loud.

Allendale has that two tire treds crap and I WAS (past tense) going to keep it that way. Guess I have to tweak the budget..again. If you don't mind sharing, how many sqft was the driveway and what was the price paid.

I have had 2 properties collect dust on the market in the last year because I opted not to replace the driveway from the get go….after pulling the houses off the market and replacing the driveway's (after listening to feedback) we had them pending in a matter of a few days at full price. So I would definately advocate for replacing driveways that are in need of some luv.
