Guess I have to tweak the budget..again. If you don&#039;t mind sharing, how many sqft was the driveway and what was the price paid. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Vern</description>

		<description>I have had 2 properties collect dust on the market in the last year because I opted not to replace the driveway from the get go....after pulling the houses off the market and replacing the driveway&#039;s (after listening to feedback) we had them pending in a matter of a few days at full price. So I would definately advocate for replacing driveways that are in need of some luv.</description>
