Hey Craig, couldn’t help but notice the before shot of the hardwood floors.. and the carpet that went over top. Any reason for not sanding and refinishing? I’ve been sanding floors forever and was under the impression it adds value to your house. Just a carpet guy? No time? Curious I suppose.. thanks!
