House Flip Story: Cayer Drive – Update 2

Six days into this house flip and I gotta tell ya, I’m pretty happy. So far we’ve demo’d, framed, roughed the plumbing and electric, cleaned up the yard, installed a new privacy fence, installed all new interior and exterior doors, and roughed a new bath in the basement which required jackhammering up the floor for a new drain.

If you flip houses in this market, you have to know that time is truly the enemy. So, line up your crews and work ‘em hard.

  • Craig,

By the way, your wordpress is bugging out a bit when someone posts a comment. I got a handful of errors after submitting.
  • Craig,

For a newbie who would not have great relationships with contractors just yet, how is the best way to "line them up"? One bad contractor can get in the way of all the others.

    Thanks
