HUGE Wholesale Fees! Come and Get ‘Em!

Folks, I’m not gonna lie to ya - I’ve been slacking a bit here in Baltimore lately. We investors always think the “other guy” is just raking in the dough. My students are crushing it! But I’ve been a little bored. I am however coming out of my slumber and I’m going on a buying spree. I’m looking for all the help I can get when it comes to finding great deals.

For your help - I’m willing to pay FAT wholesale fees!

Think about it; if you’re just starting-out as an investor, and you really want to make some quick cash, how awesome would it be to have a buyer like me in your back pocket? Its tough out there. There are not many good investor-buyers. And, cash is still king because there aren’t many lenders willing to lend on investment deals. Many wholesalers are finding great deals, but they don’t have the other essential piece of the puzzle which is - “GREAT BUYERS”

That’s where I come in! You’ll only have to make one call if you find a deal that fits my criteria.
