So I wanted to say I'm glad that someone is actually doing things right!!.. I'm rehabbing a home on Madison and ran into bad contractors, so I'm glad that someone is doing things correct in the city.. also do you know of any hard money lenders?? I was volunteering at the trolley tour and a young lady came back and raved about your house on Yale.. she was so excited about this house..
