I’m getting ready to close on the purchase of two more houses in Hamilton (Baltimore City) which means we’ll have two more in the rehab stage soon. And, I’ll be settling on another in District Heights in mid-December. Most would say, “That’s plenty right?” Wrong. That’s not plenty. I need so many more.

2-3 month rehab deals per month. That’s what I need – 2 to 3 flips per month. That’s what I’m looking for.
