House Flip Story: Cayer Drive – Update 2

]]> Six days into this house flip and I gotta tell ya, I’m pretty happy. So far we’ve demo’d, framed, roughed the plumbing and electric, cleaned up the yard, installed a new privacy fence, installed all new interior and exterior doors, and roughed a new bath in the basement which required jackhammering up the floor for a new drain.
