It is: "There is no shortage of assholes in the world." <br>I own 2 barber shops and have come up with an effective "asshole filter" to avoid such unpleasant business relationships. Just curious to find out how you screen for contractors as a rehabber. Where do you start? What common traits did ALL the assholes share? Warning signs?
